[UNITED PRE9P ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT! (Received October 20, 5.5 p.m.) AIANILA, Oct. 20. A typhoon wrecked 400 houses at Cebu and 2000 at Leyte. The hemp, sugar and cocoanut crops were destroyed. The damage is estimated at twentyfive million dollars. Four hundred people were killed.
