SWIMMING.

GISBORNE CLUB

A meeting of the Gisborne swimming Club was held last evening in Mr C. Morse's saloon. Mr F. J. Eowlev presided and there was a good attendance when it was decided to form a branch of the Boyal Life Saving Society in conjunction with the Club. Mr*T. A. Holdsworth was appointed secretary pro tern. Hie annual meeting of the. Club will be held shortly, but prior to that further details will be obtained from Napier concerning life saving.
