Finch, late inspector of the Bank cjf New South Wales for New Zealand.

Tile founder and world organiser oi the Overseas’ Club, Mr Evelyn Wrench, will arrive in Auckland on or about November 24. Mr Wrench has recently completed a tour of Canada, which has been remarkably successful. He will also visit different: parts of the Dominion,hand will probably come to Gisborne.

The vacancy on the Public Service Superannuation Board caused by the resignation of Mr 11. Spence, who lias been appointed to a position in. the High Commissioner’s office, has been filled by Mr Malcolm Fraser, who was returned unopposed.

During Major-General’s Godley’s absence in Australia, Colonel Heard will attend to the duties of Commandant of the New Zealand Forces.
