The “Daily News’-’ Paris correspondent reports that Chngin’s girl friend induced him to admit that a eiuel Nihilist shot the Czarevitch while the latter was terrified and running, away. The Nihilist escaped and left Russia. The‘““Times” St. Petersburg correspondent says a widely-credited version is that the Czarevitch struck ins side against a bath tap. The rumors of a plot arc./baseless.
