(Received Oct. 28, 5.5 p,?n.)

LONDON. Oct. 28.

The Montenegrins have effected a junction with Servians at Sienitza, 27 miles W.N.W. of Novi Bazar. The Bulgarians have occupied Ishteb unopposed. An additional 80,000 Bulgarian reservists have been summoned to the army.

Advices from Constantinople report that the turning movement by the Bulgarians towards Babeski (seven miles south of Adrianople) is developing. Tho Porte is preparing for a winter campaign. Burleigh, the war correspondent, wires that a revolt is reported in the Turkish Army near Constantinople. Sofia reports that the Bulgarians have captured Babeski and occupied Saljustatar and Ermilie, both seven miles southwest and south of Adrianople. Belgrade reports that the Servian Crown Prince’s army during Saturday’s march to Uskub found 30 abandoned guns, and is now hotly pursuing the retreating enemy. The Turks, before leaving Kumarovo, massacred a number of women and children.

The newspapers state that Class A of the British fleet reserve, numbering 30,000, has been warned to be in readiness for an immediate call. It seems to be the general opinion in diplomatic circles that the Powers will protect Turkey’s integrity.
