BANKS PREVENT A COLLAPSE
(Received Oct. 29, 11.30 p.m.) BERLIN, Oct. 29. There are fears of European complications and the Bourse is panicky. The banks prevented a general collapse. The “Tageblatt” states that Generals Puslitchin and Vederinkoff are in negotiation at Danzic for the purchase of ships for Russia.
