(Received Oct. 31, 11.35 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 31. The Government’s estimate for the wireless stations sufficiently approximated Signor Marconi’s offer to justify the Post Office and Imperial Defence Committee and mate, including a royalty of £47,000 per station. The War Office urged that the Government should not delay, while the Admiralty, the Overseas Dominions, and the Treasury are anxious that the Poulsen system should he given a fair chance.
