[PE,ESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM] NAPIER, Nov. 11. Messrs. Richardson and Co.’s steamer W oka, which went ashore a fortago near Porangahau, was towed off by tlie Ruru on Saturday, and made; Napier_ under her own .steam, having sustained practically no damage. •
