It transpires that Speaker Willis has the distinction of having a senior Detective as bodyguard. Questioned on the matter, he said ho had been subjected to insult in the public thoroughfares and threatened Avith scoundrelly language by wellknown anti unknown persons. He was sure the citizens would he relieA’ed to knoAV that the Inspector-General of police had detailed a detective to carry out the official instructions of the Assembly.
