WASHINGTON, Nov. 15. An extraordinary session of Congress is likely for tlie revision of tariffs. Air. Champ Clark, urging the uncertainty which is damaging trade, favors an immediate session. He indicates legislation which includes revision of anti-trust laws and currency reform.
