SUGGESTION TO DROP THE MAORI TITLE. PROPOSED BY SIR JAS. CARROLL [PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM] AUCKLAND, Nov. 20. During the course of a speech at Waahi to-day in connection with the tangi for “King” Mahuta Sir James ■Carroll suggested that tho name 4 ‘King” should die with Mahuta. Hie matter is to be discussed by the chiefs assembled.
