HAMPERED BY DUAL CONTROL.
THE NEW .HEBRIDES. STATEMENT ft Y DIE CROMBIE. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT] SYDNEY.. Nov. 25. Dr. Crombie, medical missionary at Now Hebrides, states that the islands are hampered through being under dual control at the present time. There are six different courts in operation still. There is a much better feeling between the French and British than a few years ago, and the French seem to be trying to enforce the law against breaches of regulations, and are doing what they can to carry out the laws. However, they will never do any goed, commercially or otherwise, states Dr. Crombie, until under one Government.
