LECTURE ON THE COLONIES.

-PROPOSED COLONIAL UNI-

VERSITY

UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION COPYRIGHT] LONDON, Nov. 28.

The “Morning Post” advocates a teaching colonial university in London on the lines of German colonial schools, where lectures on colonial administration, law, geography, politics, commerce, and resources would be delivered. It suggests that, the Imperial and Colonial Institutes should co-operate for that object. Mr Sidney Law, lecturing at the British Academy, also advocated on similar lines. He suggested that the governments of the Dominions should contribute part of the initial cost.
