[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT i (Received Nov. 29, 1045 p.m.) HOBART, Nov. 29. Fred Keefe broke the world’s 100 miles unpaced out and home cycling record, covering the distance in 4hrs 50mins 17secs. Meredith (England) held the previous record of 4hrs 52mins 51-secs.
