EIGHT HOURS PRINCIPLE
[INDEPENDENT PRESS CABLE] LONDON. Dec. 2. The shipbuilding employees at the Thames Ironworks hare held a mass meeting at which they passed a resolution declaring that they would not. surrender the eight hours principle, in the maintenance of which they intend to appeal for the support of their fellow-workers throughout the XJniled Kingdom.
