VIENNA, Dec. 15. The “Neue Freie Presse” says that Austria is willing to concede Servia a commercial port on the Adriatic Sea with an approach by a neutral railway. (Received Dec. 15, 5.5 p.m.) ATHENS, Dec. 15. A semi-official telegram from Salonika. accuses Bulgarian soldiers of pillaging many towns and attacking Austrians, and committing . unspeakable outrages at Sevres and other towns, including the massacring of 60 rich Turks, who previously paid enormous ransoms.
(Received Dec. 15, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, Dec. 15. M. Deneff, in an interview, said the Bulgarians would insist on the possession of Adrianople as a sine quo non, otherwise the war would be renewed. The real interest to Turkey is solid peace, establishing closer relations with Bulgaria. He does not believe that Turkey will refuse Greece’s admission to the conference. If she persists the Balkan Allies will unite to obtain Greece’s admission. (Received Dec. 15, 5.5 p.m.) SALONIKA, Dec. 15. There is great concern over 30,000 Bulgarians returning from Dedcagatch. No accommodation is to be had and cholera is feared owing to the overcrowded condition of the city. Continual friction between Bulgarians and Greeks is taking place.
