A storm interfered with play shortly after the commencement. Ratten played well in the singles, but otherwise Queensland’s display was poor. Parke and Lowe beat St. John and McLean, 6—4, 6—2. Parke beat St. John, 6—l, 6 —l. Dixon and Beamish boat Ratten and Exton, 6—2, 6 —4. Beamish beat Ratten B—6,8 —6, 6—l.
