RECORD PRICES FOR HIDES. [PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM} STRATFORD, Dec. 17. At the hide sales here to-day record prices were obtained for first-class lines. Butcher's hides realised 9id to lOd, ordinary lines 9d to 9£d, ox hides 9d to 10£d, calf skins (sound) Is to Is 3d. and damaged calf up to Is o£d per lb.
