A curious instance of luck on the Turf has occurred at Auteui). A man who is fairly well known in Paris’, who has lost a ‘fortune on the Turf, and now has very 'little to bet with, went to the pari-mutuel and asked for a Ids ticket for No. 13. By mistake, he was given one for the horse numbered 4.
