[UNITED PRES? ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT] SYDNEY, Dec. 27. Details of tho formation of a company in Germany to wirelessly link up the "German possession® in the Pacificshow that the capital of the company is 3,250,000 dollars. It receives a 20 years’ concession from the German Imperial- Post Office. Stations will be established at Rabout, New Guinea, Nauru, Marshall Islands, Yap, Caror line Islands, and Apia.
