[INDEPENDENT PRESS CABLE]

LONDON, Dec. 18. Sir George Murray, reporting on the organisation of the public service of Canada, advises that three Ministers and three permanent officials shall be constituted a committee to deal with appointments. He believes that much of the work performed by Ministers could with advantage lie left to their subordinates.
