THRICE MARRIED TO SAME MAN.

A curious record has been established by the marriage for the third time of Mr and Mrs James Wilbourne at Newport, Kentucky. Fourteen years ago the couple, respectively 16 and 17 years of age, eloped, and were married in North Carolina. Three years later the wife secured a. divorce, but four years •afterwards they were re-married in Canada. Another difficulty arose shortly aftei their second marriage, and this tinfe the husband sought and obtained a divorce.

Tile wife went back to live with her mother, but recently the two ladies were travelling together on a train when they met Mr. Westbourne, who immediately proposed to his former wife, and was accepted for a third time.

A license was at once obtained, and the couple were married by a magistrate.
