COLLISION IN CHESAPEAKE BAY.
22 PEOPLE DROWNED. [UNITED PEEBS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT] (Received Jan. 6, 12.45 a.in.) NEW YORK, Jan. 5. The British steamer Indra'kuala collided with and sank the steamer Julia Luclienahoh in Chesapeake Bay. The captain and his wife and 20 sailors of the Julia Luchenaboh were drowned. Six clung to the rigging for hours benumbed by cold and were finally rescued. A terrific storm paralysed rescuers’ efforts.
