ROYAL COMMISSION’S FINDING. [UNITED PEES? ASSOCIATION—COPY SIGHT] (Received Jan. 5, 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Jan. 5. The dismissal of an overman named Rnssell at Mt. Kembla colliery some time ago has threatened to lead to a strike in the southern collieries, the miners claiming that they iver£ ..victimised because the secretary of the lodge was declared to be dismissed for ar breach of the rules. The Royal Commission appointed exonerates Russell and finds that Prime (the manager) was sacked on the strength of a false report that he had given certain instructions to a miner.
