NOTES. „ The Takapuna kit at midnight last, night for South and returns on Wednesday morning. The Kairaki left early yesterday morning for Napier, where she discharges the remainder of her cargo. The Star of India, which arrived yesterday for Home loading, takes a large shipment of mutton from this port. She is expected to leave on Wednesday night for Tokomaru.
The lturu —with wool from Tologa—arrived last night alongside the Star of India at 6 o'clock. She finished discharging and came into port at 8 o’clock. She was expected to sail at 3.30 this morning for Tologa. The Monowai arrives from the South to-morrow.
The Huddart Parker steamer Victoria, arrives from Sydney via Auckland tomorrow.
The Kowhai leaves Dunedin about January 27th for Oamaru, Tirnaru, Lyttelton, Napier and Gisborne. The Kairaki sailed yesterday morning for Napier, at which port she arrived the same afternoon.
The produce steamer Petone arrived yesterday morning, but did not come up to the wharf till 1 o'clock.
