At Addington entries of sheep'were about the same as last week, stores again being yarded in large numbers, and in other departments average supplies. Store slieep again sold well, a further, advance being shown, in the better class of ewes and lambs. Fat iambs also .advance! in price as export buyers had resumed their operations noiv that the freezing works are fullhanded again. Fat sheep were easier, but fat cattle sold a little better. Stores were dull of sale. Porkers were firmer and bacon pigs easier. Store Sheep.—Sale became slightly irregular towards the close and quotations are : Lambs, forward rape sorts, 13s to 13s 9d; extra, 14s to 14s lid; fair rape lambs, 11s 9d to 12s 9d; failaverage sorts, 10s 6d to 11s 6d; medium stores, 9s 9d to 10s 3d; inferior, ,9s to 9s 6d; small, 7s to 9s 6d; culls, 4s (id upwards; ewe lambs, 14s; ewes, two-tooth, 13s 3d for small inferior lots, to 20s for good half-breds; two, four and six-tooth, 14s to 15s id; six and eight totoh, 13s 6d to 16s 3d; two and four-tooth to 14s 4d; two, four and. six-tooth, 12s 6d to 13s 9d; four, six and eight-tooth, 14s to 15s; four and six-tooth, 15s to 17s 6d; one line of extra half-breds to 19s sound mouth ewes, (good class), 16 to 17s; sound mouth (medium), 11s 6d to los; full and failing mouth, 9s to 10s; aged os to Ss 6d; wethers, best lots (none special), 13s 9d to los 9d; others, including small two-tooths, 12s to 13 od. Fat Lambs.- —For' the first time since the slaughtermen’s strike export buyers were operating, and competing keenly, a further advance of 6d to Is per head upon previous week's values took place, but the increased prices per head were mainly due to better quality of lambs offered. Best lambs made 17s to 20s 6d: and lighter, 14s Id to 16s 6d; there prices were equal to 54d per ib for standard weights, and od to s)cl per lb for overweights and second quality. Fat Sheep. The range of prices was: Wethers, ISs to 22s 6d ; lighter, 16s (xl to 17s 6d; prime ewes, 16s to 20s Id; medium. 13s 6d to los 6d; aged and light, 10s 7d to 13s. Fat Cattle. — A good clearance was made at prices ranging from 22s 6d to 30s per lOOlbs, according to quality. Steers made £8 os to £lO 10s; extra to £l4 10s; heifers, £6 10s to £9 os; and cows, £6 os to £9 7s 6d. Store Cattle. —Yearlings realised 325; fifteen to eighteen months sort. £2 17s 6d to £4 Is; two-year heifers, £-Lss to £4 latter being extra good); and drv cow.s £3 4s to £5 Pis 'ScL Dairy cows made £5 to £ll ss.

Pigs,—Fat choppers, 60s to 82s 6d; heavy baconers, 53s to 70s; lighter sorts. 4Ss to 55s (equal to 5d to old per lb): heavy porkers brought 42s to 475; lighter kinds 35s to 40s (equivalent to spi to 6d per lb) ; large store pigs realised 45s to 50s ; medium sorts 36s to 445; and small stores 23s to 295. Wea tiers,which also met with a good demand, brought' 14s for small pigs to 19s for well grown sorts.
