GISBORNE TIMES OFFICE. The following are the readings of the barometer in our office, taken at 6 a.m. each day:—

IST’S REPORT.
Present indications are for strong southerly winds generally, the weather twill be colder and changeable and showery and squally about Cook
and Foveaux Straits. The barometer will probably rise everywhere soon and a brief spell of fine weather will follow shortly.
