Mr Keir Hardie signalised his appointment to the leadership of the Independent Labor Party by initiating a campaign treating Radicalism as the real enemy of the workers. Ho seeks to show that the Radical party is owned and controlled by the great capitalists, and a list of millionaire supporters is about to be circulated broadcast.
