THE CAPTURE OF SCUTARI
[UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT] VIENNA, April 10. The blockade of Montenegro began to-day. BERLIN, April 10. It is rumored that Montenegro has yielded on the Scutari Question. (Received April 11, 11.20 p.m.) LONDON. April 11.
The “Daily Telegraph’s” correspondent at Belgrade says that yielding to Russia’s advice, Servia withdraws her troops from Scutari, SOFIA. April 11. Bulgaria is prepared to advise the acceptance of the Powers’ proposals. A Turkish company landed south of the village of Xastero on Monday under cover of warships’ guns. They advanced on the village of Yales, eight miles westward of Bijuachokmedj with the object of attacking tho Bulgarians in the rear. The latter artilleried heavily and then a battalion oil infantry annihilated many of the Turks and expelled the remainder completely to the coast.
ATHENS, April 11
Greece has remonstrated against the Turkish warship Harnidieh’s repeated pasages through tho Suez Canal, which it is alleged is for tho purpose of obtaining provisions at Alexandria and chartering colliers, declaring it a dangerous precedent. The Hamidieh is now in tho Red Sea.
CETTINJE, April 11. It is semi-officially stated that the international squadron captured King Nicholas’s yacht Koumia off Antivari escorting three merchantmen laden with flour.
