The Victorian Health Board has unanimously agreed to insert an extraordinary' clause in the new health law being framed for next Parliamentaiy session. The clause makes it compulsory for persons desirous of entering into matrimony to produce a certificate of good health. It has also decided to declare infantile paralysis a notifiable disease, and to ask members of the British Medical Association to assist in the control of this disease by reporting all eases to the board.
