(To the Editor.) Sir, —In your paper lately letters keep appearing re a man working an 8-hour day for one iirm and for another firm (i hours a day.. Is it right or wrong from a unionist’s point of view ? Most certainly J. do not ]>rotes s to know about every union. Itut with my own it is. Now how can any man do justice to his employer if he lias been up the best part of the night party. “Semper Idem” says when they can’t get men. But it the employers wanted them very bad they could get them provided they will pay them to come here. if wo are all going to graft night and day the sooner we hold a meeting and get the employers to supply beds for us to have a sleep say from 9 a.in. to -1 p.m. so that we will lie fit for the night work again. It will do me as I am ONLY A 'WORKER,
