BUDGET COMMITTEE ADOPTS ARMY INCREASES.

Herr Jagow, in rei>ly to the Socialists, said Belgium’s neutrality was guaranteed by international" agreements whereto Germany was resolved to adhere. Germany, as her policy for the past 43. years proved, desired peace, especially with Franco, but there was a feeling that the danger and possibility of an attempt from France still existed.
