[tmTTED PBEBB ASSOCIATION—COPY EIGHT] (Received April 30, 10.45 p.m.) OTTAWA, April 30. In the House the West Indies Agreement was discussed, and the third reading carried. It was announced that ail the West Indies had agreed to enter into the agreement, wTth the exception of British Guiana. The contract for the new steamer service to the Indies did not permit, it was stated, calls at American t-erri-trrv.
