BERLIN, April 29. The Chief of Police has received warning from abroad oft an intended attempt -on the life of the Kaiser at Karlsruhe. The police at Karlsruhe were informed, but no importance is attached to the incident. The fact that the Kaiser motored to Karlsruhe instead of going by tram is ascribed to the fine weather.
