COURT’S DECISION RESERVED. [PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, May 1. After a protracted hearing the Sugar Trust case was concluded to-clay. Air Hosking, for tlio Sugar Company, ended his address in reply to the case for the Crown made by the Attorney-General and Sir John Findlay. Shortly before luncheon adjournment Mi- Skerrett commenced to reply fbr tlio Alerchants’ Association and other defendants. At the conclusion of his reply the Court intimated that they would take time to consider their decision.
