At' the Addington live stock market, entries of stock were not so large as they havo boon of late, there being a considerable falling off in the yarding of store .sheep. There was a good attendance. Store sheep again sold well, especially for better sorts, inferior being a little easier. Eat cattle were easier and fat lambs showed a sharp rise in consequence of keen competition between two export buyers. Fat sheep were firmer by about Is per head. There was a good sale for pigs. Store Sheep.—The range of prices was: Ewes, 2-tooth (inferior to medium) 16s to IGs Id, 2.1, 6 and 8-tooth 12s to 13s, 4, 6 and 8-tooth 12s Cd to. 14s 6d, 4 and 6-tooth 14s 6d to 15s 6d, 6 and. 8-tooth 14s to 14s 7d, better sorts 16s to 16s fid, fresh sound-mouth sorts (good) 14s fid to 16s 2d, medium 13s to 14s, full and failing mouths 9s 6d to 11s, aged 7s to 9s 3d, and culls 5s 3d, lambs forward rape sorts 13s 3d to 14s, extra to 16s lid, good average stores 11s to 11s 6d, medium sorts 10s to 10s 3d, wetlmrs 4 and 6tootb (very forward) 17s 0(1 to 18s Id, 4-tooth hnifrbreds Ids 3d to 15s 4d._ Fat Lambs.-—The range of prices was: Prime wethers 20s to 27s Id, extra, to 295, lighter 17s to 19s 6d, prime owes 18s to 25s Od. medium Ids to 17s 6d, aged and light 10s4d tolls 6d. merino ewes ids .‘V I Fat Cattle. —Steers made £7 10s to £ll 10s, extra w> £lB (passed), heifers £5 18 s-6d to £8 7s 6d, and cows £5 to £9 12s 6d. Beef made 21s to 29s per 1001 b. Store Cattle. —Fifteen to 18-months sorts made £2 175,6 dto £3 ss, 2|-year steers £d 4s 6d, 5-year steers £6 to £6 7s. 3-year heifers £4 15s,' and cows 32s to £3 ss, and dairy cow* made £3 10s to £ll os.

Fait Pigs.—There wap a medium entry of pigs. Choppers made dOs to 80s, heavy baconers 60s to 735, and lighter 50s to 57s Gd (equal to 5d to old per lb). Heavy porkers realised 44s to 48s and lighter 38s to 43s (equal to 5;Jd to 6d per lb.) Store Pigs.—Large sorts realised 36s to 445,- medium 25s to 355, amt small stores 18s to 245. Woanors were also in good demand and brought ]2; to 16s, tho latter price being paid for very nieo pigs.
