The Ambasasdors’ Conference discussed the High Commission ership of Albania and adjourned. The “Daily Mail’s” Sofia correspondent says the Bulgarian Government fears a sudden blow from 140,000 Servians at Ivoprulu and another 100,000 at Pirot. while there is a third Servian army westward of Vibiu, and the Greek plan is to move 120,000 men from Salonika to link up with the Servians at Koprulu. King Ferdinand interviewed the Opposition leaders and told, them the position was extremely critical.
