NORTHERN LEAGUE.
■WEEKLY MEETING.
The weekly meeting of the above League was held m the Masonic Hotel last evening, and was attended hy full number of. delegates. A laigo amount of routine business as g through, after which the various delegates reported securing new members for the different clubs. It was stated that good nrogress was being made with the game in Gisborne, the attendances being larger at each successive match. ' The Napier team wrote suggesting June 28th as a suitable date tor hx- - ■“ ture in Gisborne. It was decided to accept the date mentioned. The match arranged for next Saturday was Gisborne v- Taruheru, Mi Robertson officiating as referee-
