YESTERDAY AT NELSON. [PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM! NELSON, Julie 9. H.M.S. Neyv Zealand sailed tins evening for Picton. The day’s proceedings passed off very successfully. Nearly 3000 school children inspected the battleship during filie day, besides a very large number of adults. • A great crowd attended tlie sports this afternoon, and there will be a handsome surplus over the expenditure on til© festivities.
