To be torn to pieces by- dogs was the dreadful fate of a child at Trouville yesterday.

The little victim was a nephew of Count Nouvailles. He was out in charge of his governess, who called at a place where twelve savage dogs were being trained for the police service. Although strictly warned not to go near the animals the boy entered, the kennel, and had no sooner got inside when he was set upbn by the brutes and torn limb from limb before anyone could possibly rescue him.
