The Paraguayan flag flying at the Consul-General’s residence was forcibly removed during the Fourth of July celebrations. The Consul explained that the flag was flown in honor-of the Americans, but a number of men climbed to .the roof and forcibly removed it, warning the Consul against flying foreign flags.
