As Archbishop Bourne and other prelates were motoring to a Catholic congress at Plymouth, Kensitites jumped on the steps of either side of the car. waved banners, and harangued tlie occupants against Popery. A crowd seized and tore the banners. In the scrimmage the Kensitites were assaulted.
