There was a fatal affray at Harihari, South Westland, on Sunday (states a P.A. wire). Ronald Adamson, aged 30, son of Hugh Adamson, lost liis life. As the result of a quarrel on Friday night, the deceased and Samuel Godfrey, aged about 25, had a stand-up fight on Sunday, during which,. Godfrey knocked Adamson down. It is supposed that he struck his head on a stone, rendering himunconscious. When a doctor arrived from Itoss he declared that Adamson had been dead for some hours.
