DIVORCE CASE.
HISLOP v. HISLOP. JUDGMENT RESERVED. The divorce case, Margaret Hislop v. James Hislop, wife’s petition on the grounds of desertion, again carae before Mr Justice Cooper at the Supreme Court yesterday morning. Mr Burnard, for petitioner, addressed His Honor on the deductions which, could be drawn from the evidence, and contended that petitioner was entitled to a divorce. He quoted authorities in support of his arguments. His Honor said he would take tine to deliver his judgment, and if it wore possible to grant the petitioner rebel 8 he would do so. *
