Johnson was badly injured in the back, and was unable to appear in Court. His wife escaped. Johnson, who was performing fit a Gravesend music hall, has cancelled his engagements. (Received Sept. 5, 7.10 p.m.) Johnson states that he has wrenched Ills back, a fid is suffering from nervous shocks.
