The “Daily Express” states that a number of shareholders of the New Zealand Oilfields Company are promoting an action against the directors, promoters, and vendors with a view of recovering- subscriptions. They allege that property was sold at an inflated price; also that tlhe directors had- Joafled money to friends, who had failed to repay it.
