METEOROLOGISTS REPORT. Present indications aro for cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain generally: strong north-westerly winds changing to southerly. The barometer is likely to fall lower in most parts of the country before a decided rise, whihc is due after about 36 hours, takes place.
