[united press association—copyright] BERLIN, Nov. 16.
In connection with the prohibition of 12 Socialist meetings in support of a movement to persuade people to leave the Prussian State Church, newspapers are freely criticising the Empress, who attended an official conference to decide means for checking the anti-Churcli movement.
