SUPERGLOUS ADVICE
A man was standing on a street corner in Chicago, vigorously puffing a big cigar A good man approached him, and said : “Do you realise the waste cf smoking ? How many cigars do you smoke a day?” Tlie smokt r estimated the number at fifteen, and saidi he had been smoking at leas., twenty years.
“Had you saved that money,” the good man ooid “you might have owned that Mtyscraper,” pointing to a big building across the square. “Do yon smoke?” the smoker asked the good mrn. “Certain.y not,” was the indignant answer. “Do you o\ :n that skyscraper?” “No.” “Well,” replied the smoker, puffing complacently at his cigar. “I do.”— “Travel Letters,” by E.
