[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION COPYRIGHT] NEW YORK, Dec. 28. Mrs Hazzard, the starvation doctor, has applied for admission to the IVashington State penitentiary after losing the final appeal against the indeterminate sentence for the manslaughter of Claire Williamson, an Australian girl who died when undergoing the fast “cure.” The prison warden refused her admission to- the penitentiary on the ground of the non-receipt of the committal warrant. Pending its arrival, Mrs Hnzzard will be lodged at an hotel.
